Preliminary Consultation

Before making an appointment, we can have a phone conversation to determine together whether counseling or therapy might be suitable and beneficial for you.

Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to appointments are free of charge if notified at least one business day before the scheduled date. For later cancellations, the session fee will be charged.

Group Sessions

In sessions conducted with more than one person, and when necessary with the participation of two therapists, the fees are determined individually based on the duration and structure of the session. You are welcome to discuss this matter with us directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I see a psychologist?
If you find it difficult to cope with emotional difficulties, stress, anxiety, depression, or life changes, you may want to consider speaking with me. You can also seek therapy with me to achieve your personal development goals.
How does the therapy process work?
The therapy process usually consists of three stages: initial interview and assessment, therapeutic process, and evaluation. In the first stage, I work to understand your needs; then I conduct therapeutic sessions using specific techniques and methods. I regularly review the sessions to assess your progress.
How long are therapy sessions?
Therapy sessions usually last 45–60 minutes. However, the duration of the session may vary depending on my method and your needs.
When is the effect of the therapy visible?
The effects of the therapy process vary from person to person. Some clients may feel positive changes within a short period of time, while for others it may take longer. The important thing is to be patient and to stay in regular contact with me.
How well is privacy protected?
I attach great importance to the confidentiality of my clients. All information shared in sessions is not shared with third parties without your permission. However, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, I may need to report this to the competent authorities.
